Recently, a DA friend of mine said that her life was very complicated and sometimes overwhelming. And then, she paused and added, “But if I had fewer complications, my life would be tremendously empty.”
For all of us who, in this holiday season or year-round, may feel overwhelmed by too much to do and family pressures, perhaps you can take a moment today to reflect on that powerful and beautiful statement of gratitude.
